Live, online, with other people in it
Live Sessions
A small live room of people who are in it too, talking about the thing your friends are tired of hearing about. Facilitated by Gal Darrash, who founded TheGreyZones after years in the grey zone.
£3 a ticket. Free if you've completed a programme.
The value is the room.
Situationships are lonely mostly because nobody around you quite gets it. In here, everyone does. You'll hear your own story back from someone else, and hear what happened next from people further along than you.
Groups stay small, so everyone who wants to speak gets to. Gal keeps the room steady and the time fair, and then the room does the work. This is not therapy or a replacement for it.
How a session runs
Ninety minutes, online, capped small enough that everyone who wants to speak can.
01
A short welcome
Gal opens the room, sets out how the time works and what stays private, then gets out of the way. Five minutes, no lecture.
02
The theme
One question for the room, chosen for the session: the label conversation, the waiting, no contact, dating again. Something specific enough to actually talk about.
03
The open floor
The heart of it. Anyone who wants to speak can. Share where you are, ask the room, or just listen. Plenty of people come to their first one and say nothing at all. That's completely fine.
04
Advice from the room
The most useful part, and it doesn't come from the host. It comes from people who are three weeks, six months or two years ahead of you, saying what actually helped.
Upcoming sessions
Reserve a place and we'll send you the joining link. Cameras optional, silence allowed.
No sessions scheduled right now
New dates are added most weeks. Create a free account and we'll let you know.
Complete a programme, come free.
Six Weeks to Clarity and The No Contact Programme are £129 each, and anyone who completes either one gets a free ticket to a live session, because the hardest part usually comes after the programme ends.
The room's rules
- First names or an alias only, never full names, workplaces or anything identifying about the other person.
- This is peer support. It is not therapy or a replacement for it.
- What's said in the session stays in the session.
- You can keep your camera off and stay silent the whole time.
