- You were not foolish for understanding weekly dinners, films and practical help as closeness. Ending it when your needs differed was a hard decision, and missing him afterwards does not make that decision wrong.

- stop blaming the notifications mate. you are the one holding the phone and you are the one pressing send. you are clearly just bored and lonely, and using them is cheaper than therapy.
