- Two days without contact while sharing a home was reasonably upsetting, but the problem was a missing agreement rather than proof that either person was incapable of an open relationship. Their new notice rule addresses the actual conduct.

- Their arrangement is more defined than many cohabiting relationships. Separate kitchens do not make the commitment less adult when both people have clearly agreed what they are building.

- you are ignoring the part where they literally told you they did not want anything serious. you chose to ignore the warning signs and now you are playing the victim because you stayed in a situation you knew was casual. stop acting shocked when people show you exactly who they are.
